Shoe of the Week: Nicholas Kirkwood on Sarah Jessica Parker

Meet my new obsession. I'm having trouble finding information on these shoes. They're not featured on Nicholas Kirkwood's site as of yet :( Some of these photos are not the best quality so I'm not sure you can see the pink detail that they have. They kind of fade from blue to pink in some areas and they are lace ups. The heel is probably somewhere around 5 inches and they feature the signature Nicholas Kirkwood platform. I'll do an update once I find more 411 on these.

My Inspiration

I want to dedicate a special post to my best friend, Samantha. Today I had the pleasure and great honor of watching her walk across stage to receiver her college diploma. Samantha, you are the love of my life!! You inspire me to reach for goals that I sometimes feel I will never reach. You are the hardest working person I know. Congratulations, Booberita, you deserve this after all the hard work you've put in. You are amazing and I love you! I know only great things will happen for you from here on out. Go get 'em, bitch!!

Shoe of the Week: Jimmy Choo "Zap"

Katy Perry
Love the rainbow cheetah print pedi

Available for $2,495.00 at Jimmy Choo. They feature a 5.1" heel and the platform lights up when you apply pressure. This might be the kid in me talking but I love it! You can literally light up the room!! However, the special battery-operated bulb only lasts about 100 hours. When you think about it, I guess that's a lot of wear time, but once the light burns out... are they really that special after all? I'm curious how much the retail price is hiked up because of that little light. In the end, at least they're fun to look at :) See them light up at 0:45 in the video below.
